Works For Me Wednesday.....

I have a 12 month old and when we are on the road, we are constantly in need of extra "somethings". Extra diapers, wipes, clothes, shoes, toys....you get the idea! So! I keep a small rubbermaid container in the back of my vehicle with a whole bunch of extra things that we might need.....just in case! It Works For Me!!

I will be hosting Fit4Life Fridays starting this Friday right here on my blog! It's not just about weight loss, it's about a better "you"! Please join me!!

Very neat that you keep that stuff with you. Do you also have an extra set of clothes? I know, I ended up needing something - a shirt or some pants...

I have a diaper bag in the back of my van with outfits for each of the kids (undies and all)! It's such a help sometimes. I like the previous comment though...I think I should add a t-shirt for myself into that bag! I keep a bag of animal crackers in there for when the errands take a bit longer than I had anticipated and my kiddos are starving!

I do that too! I actually have three totes - one for "extra" stuff, one for entertainment items for the kids (books, toys, etc.), and one for emergency stuff (all purpose spray cleaner, paper towel, fire extinguisher, bungee cords, etc.). It helps keep the car clean, and helps my kiddo get in the car on her own (http://prettybabies.blogspot.com/2007/06/wfmw-getting-kids-into-car.html)

Great tip!

That's a great idea. I have found that wipes can dry out after a while -- they might not for you, since, with a baby, you would be using them pretty often. :) I keep some on hand in the car mainly for cleaning my hands off if I stop and eat somewhere or get gas on my hands at the gas station and have found them dried out.

Yep yep yep -- I don't have babies any more, but I love the "extra things" tub in the back of the car. Great idea!

All this and Jesus, too!
