What young girl in the early 90's didn't squeal with delight over any chance to see New Kids On The Block??? I sure did! One of my bestest friends had NKOTB wallpaper! Another one had bedding and curtains with their 5 faces splattered all over it! (They are a nursepractioner & an FBI agent today) Thank goodness, I didn't go that far! Anyway, those of you who loved the New Kids, I thought you'd get a kick out of the You Tube videos I ran across. Enjoy ladies! (...and you know you still do!)

I was a fan. :) I saw them in concert, could easily rattle off of single song of theirs and even knew their birthdays. :) Funny!
How funny, I too, was one of their fans, in fact I have a close-up picture of Joey because I begged one of my friends who went to their concert for it, and I still have it in one of my old photo albums :)

Thanks for the comment and visiting my blog. I loved this post. I am a little older than you, but my nephew was a toddler when this group was popular. He called them , "Blue kids on the Rock" never could figure out why!
I meant to add that their are no more mission planes allowed in Venezuela, so I don't know about your friends Dad. did he fly for MAF or New Tribes?
Those are priceless! They were the original boy band, weren't they?! Too funny to look back on them now and hear the music we all loved and sang-along with on the radio!!!
